A little before the start of 2012, I had plans of opening a music forum for music listeners around the web, labeled "ToneDeaf" was in the works to open up and start receiving members from different portions to come and share locally posted music and already renown music (based on genre and liking).
Unfortunatly my D.I.Y.S (Do it yourself stupid) project didnt happen all that great with my only functional laptop, thus leaving the forum completely in a construction zone to later be fixed up. The forum will be opening shortly, with a few perks of added help, the forum is going through its building stage at the moment, making sure we have everything set up properly, from catagory placement to music embeded ideas.
Though on to the main point, a little passed the 2012 mark, a pal of mine, Mike, wanted to issue ToneDeaf in a different manner rather than just doing a forum, he and I wanted to start up a Virtual Magazine, the idea was flawless, we could do all the graphics and stories ourselves, only problem, we have no idea how to make one function (Example: Animation of flipping pages). Though we are looking into as we speak.
If you are a music lover and would love to read up on bands in local areas, or even have a story of your favorite local bands, you can always send an email to myself or the ToneDeaf team at ToneDeaf@hotmail.com. With the publicity of magazine placement, your local bands could be well enough noticed by a small crowd.
