1st - Go and download universal theme (

2nd - Open it up and select either one (Must be 32 bit or 64 bit operating system)

3rd - Run it.

4th - As you can see i already patched mine.

5th - after you patched all 3 restart your computer

6th - Go to deviantart.com

7th - Search windows 7 themes

8th - find one that looks good

9th - Download it and extract to desktop

As you can see i'm not having much luck with finding a good and easy one to use.
Ok i found a good one!

10th - Drag both files to the following section

11th - use it! And your done..
Or just watch a video of me doing it.
